Abstract

With the intention of making visible opportunities for improvement in the labor field, this study focused on the teacher who is affected by the Burnout syndrome, being part of the difficulties in university organizational psychology, where the realities at the work level generate daily problems in their health, the importance of reviewing their situation in psychological and mental health, because by generating these studies, they would guarantee that human talent is more efficient and pays attention to the benefits and bets on a true healthy and socio-emotionally calm work environment, where being a teacher is privileged as a sensitive, diverse subject with an excellent quality of life in the space where they work. The importance of working from the institutional policy on the issue of psychological and mental health is rescued, as a support of the institutional organizational field, where all actors are benefited, if there is a true psychological and mental health policy for its educators, from clear bets, which lead to a favorable psychological and mental health,  from an organizational work environment, possible, as part of the healthy and favorable organizational climate, support of the quality of life of each of the university's educators, in this case of the academic programs of the Faculty of Education Sciences.
