Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar que los microfundamentos de las capacidades dinámicas, no son tres, que sólo dos “Detectar y Reconfigurar” cumplen con la característica capaz de generar capacidades dinámicas en una organización, la capacidad de “Aprovechar” es una consecuencia de las dos anteriores. Por medio de un estudio de caso cualitativo llevado a cabo en una empresa del caribe colombiano, orientados por el enfoque de capacidades dinámicas, especialmente lo relacionado con la Gestión de alianzas, fue posible descubrir esta particularidad de los microfundamentos, con lo cual se nutre el enfoque y permite adelantar estudios que tengan la capacidad de corroborar o falsear lo que se muestra en este documento.
