Resumen
Este artículo presenta una metodología innovadora que brinda una herramienta para analizar la interacción entre las organizaciones y el sistema regional de innovación empresarial en el departamento de Norte de Santander, Colombia. Dicha herramienta permite comprender cómo esta interacción influye en el desarrollo de capacidades dinámicas organizacionales y, por consiguiente, en el impacto sobre la competitividad y el desarrollo económico de la región. Para tal fin, se llevó a cabo una investigación documental que permitió identificar las dimensiones de los constructos y sus variables observables, lo cual condujo al diseño del instrumento. Posteriormente, se validó la objetividad del instrumento mediante el juicio de cinco expertos. Luego, se aplicó una muestra piloto, la cual posibilitó la validación estadística del instrumento a través del coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach y el Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio. Los hallazgos de esta investigación brindan una comprensión profunda de los mecanismos subyacentes a la relación entre las organizaciones y el sistema regional de innovación, así como recomendaciones prácticas para mejorar la competitividad y el desarrollo económico en la región.Analysis.
