Methodology to understand the interaction between organizations and the regional innovation system in the development of dynamic capabilities
This article presents an innovative methodology that provides a tool for analyzing the interaction between organizations and the regional business innovation system in the department of Norte de Santander, Colombia. This tool allows understanding how this interaction influences the development of dynamic organizational capabilities and, consequently, the impact on competitiveness and economic development in the region. To this end, documentary research was carried out to identify the dimensions of the constructs and their observable variables, which led to the design of the instrument. Subsequently, the objectivity of the instrument was validated through the judgment of five experts. Then, a pilot sample was applied, which made possible the statistical validation of the instrument through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient and the Confirmatory Factor
