Estrategias colaborativas en la integración de inteligencia artificial en proceso educativos
La integración de la inteligencia artificial en procesos educativos requiere la colaboración de múltiples actores con intereses, niveles de influencia y objetivos diversos. En este contexto, el presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar las relaciones entre las categorías de actores involucradas en la integración de la inteligencia artificial en los procesos educativos e identificar estrategias colaborativas que favorezcan una implementación sostenible, ética y efectiva de esta tecnología. Se desarrolló una investigación de enfoque no experimental, transeccional y descriptivo, sustentada en la revisión documental y el análisis estratégico mediante la técnica MACTOR. La valoración de las matrices de influencia entre actores y de posiciones frente a los objetivos fue realizada por un panel de ocho participantes con perfiles vinculados con la la educación, inteligencia artificial, el ámbito estudiantil, y la gestión de proyectos. Los resultados permitieron identificar a los gobiernos y agencias reguladoras como actores de enlace dentro del sistema, mientras que las organizaciones no gubernamentales, las asociaciones educativas y los investigadores presentaron los mayores niveles de poder estratégico. Asimismo, se evidenciaron importantes convergencias entre la mayoría de las categorías de actores y un conflicto específico entre las empresas tecnológicas y los gobiernos en torno al desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas. A partir de estos hallazgos se formularon ocho estrategias colaborativas orientadas a fortalecer la coordinación interinstitucional, promover marcos regulatorios consensuados, impulsar la formación continua y fomentar la investigación abierta. Estos resultados constituyen una base para enfocar la toma de decisiones y fortalecer la integración responsable de la inteligencia artificial en los procesos educativos.
