Characterization of the biodiversity of the Serrania de Minas Regional Natural Park - PNRSM - Oporapa, Colombia
The research aims to characterize the biodiversity of the mountainous area Las Minas Natural Park from the work carried out in different patches of white oak forest (Quercus humboldtii) with sampling of bioindicator groups of birds, butterflies, edaphic fauna and some plants associated with Quercus humboldtii. For this purpose, is based on quantitative research is used from the quasi-experimental method with a descriptive nature that has allowed to know the state of the forest and the provision of the ecosystem services it offers. Thus, the research contributes a list of species, families and orders has been made, providing georeferenced information on the distribution of oak forest organisms and educational material that allows an approach to eco-scientific education and ecotourism to promote conservation actions due to the constant threats to ecosystems and their biodiversity.
