Incidence of foreign investment in the productive development of the terminal container company of Cartagena S.A. (Contecar)
The present investigative work refers to the incidence of foreign investment in the productive development of the Container Terminal of Cartagena SA (CONTECAR), where it is reiterated that the investment of foreign companies is an important factor, which affects the growth of emerging economies as a strength for productive development with extensive sources for the country.
The main objective of this research is to identify the participation that foreign investment has had in the companies of the port sector of the city of Cartagena, which was developed, carrying out a documentary research, where it was necessary to choose a port to limit information, that is why, consequently, through the development of the objective it was possible to identify the impact of the technological development that foreign investment has had and indicate how tax reforms diminish or encourage investment in Cartagena, in the latter, according to the subject matter dealt with, was related to the Colombian legal norms.
In the same way it became pertinent to quote directly the terms in relation to the subject, for a better understanding of the project, which allows the practical interpretation of it, on the other hand, the information found was consolidated through a criterion of "analysis and discussion". Thus being able to reach a conclusion that migrates to sound recommendations.
