Occupationnal therapy as a human management tool in organizations in times of Covid 19

The purpose of the paper was to analyze occupational therapy as a human management tool in organizations in times of COVID 19. For theorization, the contribution of the American Occupational Therapy Association (2011), Goleman (1999), Niebles, Oroño and Oroño (2007) among others. The methodology was subscribed analytical, documentary-descriptive, with a bibliographic design. In general, organizations today are in a process of change which requires adapting, training and training employees, therefore Occupational Therapy offers techniques, methods and tools to improve people's abilities and skills through activities, coupled with well-being and quality of life in times of COVID 19. In this sense, the results allowed to conclude that this intervention tool in human management in organizations, which provides the development of potential, through coordinated and adapted work depending on the characteristics of the person and business needs, helping to be more proactive, effective and efficient, in a dynamic, creative and innovative way.
