Abstract

Article 67 C.N. 1991 establishes, The State, society and the family are responsible for education, which will be compulsory between five and fifteen years of age and which will include at least one year of preschool and nine of basic education. The government will fulfill this fundamental right through public spending. This work aimed to carry out a bibliographic review on the importance of public spending on education and its impact on coverage, quality, relevance and efficiency in the period between 2015 and 2020, in such a way that this allows better decision-making governments and humanity on the road to development.
