In this sense, a documentary review was carried out and field work was carried out, which focused on visits to the different internal and external documentary archives, through visits to the Bosa headquarters to observe the areas of atypical situations and through of interviews with the professionals who were immersed in the execution of the project, where the Bosa El Porvenir headquarters was chosen because it is the largest project developed by the University to date, both in built area and in the investment made. As a result, a diagnosis was obtained where various structural failures of the Project were identified, such as the constructive error of the beam of axis 6 produced by the inconsistency presented in the structural plans, and a constructive solution composed of structural elements was implemented such as “Construction of four 15 cm thick concrete walls "and" Reinforcement with SikaCarbodur type fibers ". In conclusion, execution of the work, the interdisciplinary team of the builder and controller delayed in making decisions and in the execution of appropriate actions, once the deficiencies in the structural elements had been presented.
