The influence of covid-19 the entrepreneur in the department of Nariño(Colombia) and its relationship with innovation in micro and small businesses
The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the factors related to Covid-19 in the entrepreneur and innovation, for which 194 micro and small business entrepreneurs in the department of Nariño were considered. The research is a quantitative, correlational and non-experimental cross-sectional study, with a sample of 194 entrepreneurs, it uses the hierarchical regression model to test the research question, the data collected was processed in SPSS using hierarchical regressions. The main findings made it possible to determine that significance was present in the model when the variables related to Covid-19 factors on the personality of the entrepreneur and innovation in micro and small companies in the department of Nariño were introduced (∆R2 0.03, p < .10; F 0.20, p<.10). Among the conclusions, it is highlighted that the results of the study allow us to provide empirical evidence on the effects of factors related to Covid-19 on the entrepreneur and innovation in micro and small companies in the commercial sector in the department of Nariño.
