world container crisis the case of Colombia and Peru. Analysis for decision-making
Crisis winds appeared in whole world in 2019 considering commercial tensions between United States and China in the frame of raising tariffs that would be involved in a perfect recipe for instability when covid 19 is involved, this could be enough to get worried, nonetheless these were not the only phenomena that world economy could expect, a crisis for supply chain coming from containers scarcity brought new concerns for governments, companies and persons around the world. In order to understand this situation, this paper contributes with a research involving a frame in Trade Policy, Economic Integration, Current Account, Economic Development, National Budget, Deficit and Debt Deficit. Achieve the objective of this paper, which es determine correlation dynamics between the world container index and price levels in the context of the world container crisis, for Colombia and Peru in the period September 2019 and September 2021 is intended to develop a correlational methodology in order to offer a clear frame for decision making in trade policy and organizational strategies. Results will assess the hypothesis in order to confirm initial ideas to draw a conclusion to propose a flexible frame where private and public sector can converge to achieve a common scenery for decisions to get resilient organizations in a changing environment and governments in a sense to benefit producers and consumers.
