Diagnosis of the associations of the Puerto Cayo Parish Gad of the Jipijapa Canton

In this research, its main objective is to carry out an exhaustive diagnosis of the associations linked to the Parish GAD of Puerto Cayo of the Jipijapa Canton, it has revealed various critical aspects for the development and strengthening of these community organizations. Firstly, an urgent need has been identified to strengthen the organizational structure of associations, many face challenges in internal management, which limits their ability to effectively meet their objectives and respond to community demands, it is recommended implementation of strategies that include training in leadership and management, as well as the improvement of organizational processes, another key finding is the lack of resources and adequate training for the members of the associations, the research methodology proposes a systematic and rigorous to address research topics, quantitative and qualitative approaches must be combined, using surveys, interviews and focus groups to collect precise and detailed data, as well as data collection and analysis must be rigorous, quantitative data will be obtained through surveys and review of documents, and will be analyzed using statistical techniques, it is concluded that the active participation of the community in the associations can be an area for improvement, encouraging greater involvement of community members in the activities and decisions of the associations can improve the effectiveness and sustainability of projects. Promoting open communication and opportunities for participation can strengthen the bond between associations and the community.
