Abstract

Training is important in the business context, especially in ventures to improve marketing strategies. In this sense, this research aimed to analyze the influence of training in strengthening business, entrepreneurial and productive capacities in the Economic, Social Observatory for the productive, financial, cultural development of the Commonwealth of the North Pacific (MANPANORTE) Ecuador. It focuses on developing a training plan/process aimed at entrepreneurs and key actors in the cantons of Sucre, San Vicente, Jama and Pedernales in order to provide them with the necessary tools and knowledge to contribute effectively to economic, social and productive development. region of. The methodology used was descriptive and qualitative in nature, which allowed a detailed and contextualized understanding of the relationship between training and the strengthening of business and entrepreneurial capabilities in the commonwealth. The results affirm that a training plan is a key tool to empower local entrepreneurs and businessmen, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute significantly to the economic and social growth of the cantons of Sucre, San Vicente, Jama and Pedernales. It is concluded that the promotion and development of training strengthens business and entrepreneurial capabilities, promoting job creation and wealth generation in these sectors.
