Abstract

The results of the stress-strain state obtained through the EverFE 2.26 Software are presented for the study of rigid pavement of short slabs, with different dimensions, thicknesses and types of axles, with the maximum weights allowed by the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works. with a thermal gradient studied in the city of Portoviejo. The results were obtained by points, of the maximum stresses and deformations, for the axles: simple single wheel, simple dual wheels and tandem with dual wheels, with their maximum load capacities determined by the MTOP, the dimensions of the slabs used were 1800mm x1500mm, 2000mm x 1500 and 2200mm x 1500mm, with thicknesses of 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm. We worked with a soil reaction modulus of 64MPa/m, a concrete elasticity modulus of 23585 (MPa) and a thermal gradient of 11° in the concrete slab. Finally, tables were prepared with all the results obtained through modeling with EverFE 2.26 Software, for each of the geometries and loads studied.
