Abstract

Women have undergone various social transformations in search of equality and autonomy, several projects have been carried out in the field of women's rights, these projects are mainly promoted by international organizations that reinforce the

importance of organizations in promoting this debate and providing conditions for equality to be fully exercised, among these institutions religious organizations are mentioned. The objective of this study was to identify the rate of loyalty of women of the project Mujeres Más que Vencedoras of the Iglesia Cristiana Apostólica Renacer en Cristo, this project has been in existence for 6 years and has served more than 15,000 women. This exploratory study has the character of a survey. A questionnaire was developed containing 6 closed questions, the last one related to the NPS methodology, where it was asked how much women would indicate this project. 354 valid responses were collected. The results indicate that women have a high degree of permanence in the project, demonstrating their longevity in participation, there was an increase in self-esteem, confidence, experience with God, the NPS of 71%, indicates that the project is among the quality and excellence zone, showing that there are points to improve, but the participants would indicate the project, showing great loyalty.
