Integratin corporate social responsability into strategic planning: a comprehensive approach
Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has emerged as an essential component of contemporary business management, influencing the strategic planning of organizations. This paper explores the interrelationship between CSR and strategic planning, analyzing how the inclusion of responsible principles can enrich business performance and promote long-term sustainability. Relevant theories are reviewed, practical cases are presented, and the benefits and challenges associated with integrating CSR into organizational strategy are discussed. Through a multidimensional approach, it is argued that the alignment between CSR and strategic planning not only improves business competitiveness, but also contributes to social and environmental well-being.
