Application of an intervention program for the development of values of a sample of university students
The present study examines the intervention of a program on working on values in a sample of university students. The program intended that students during classes develop their talents and aptitudes, acquire positive values, thus forming a unique, unrepeatable and transcendent human being, who lives with their peers, abiding by ethical standards. Therefore, prepare each person through reflection, understanding and analysis, developing their social skills, as well as encouraging teamwork among their peers. 60 students who were chosen randomly participated; As is known, the experimental group (30 students) applied the program and the control group (30 students) did not undergo said intervention. The results show an increase in the values treated, in which activities were applied to stimulate their capacity for analysis, Internalization, willingness to accept and value reality; they were evaluated throughout the process, allowing a thorough verification of the behavioral progress of each student. It was concluded that incorporating values in the subject produces a behavior modification, producing an increase in values in a collective and social way.
