Aplicación de análisis de sentimientos en PQRS para la identificación de tendencias en modelos bayesianos en las IS4SG en Boyacá
Este estudio identifica y aplica técnicas de análisis de sentimientos basadas en modelos bayesianos y redes neuronales para clasificar y determinar tendencias en las Peticiones, Quejas, Reclamos y Sugerencias (PQRS) reportadas por entidades de salud del departamento de Boyacá, Colombia, durante 2024-2025, en el marco de la Inteligencia Artificial para el Bien Social (IA4SG). Se entrenaron y evaluaron cuatro modelos computacionales —Naive Bayes, Redes Bayesianas, Procesos Gaussianos y Bayesian Deep Learning— mediante una metodología de enfoque mixto (cuantitativo y cualitativo) y un flujo de Operaciones de Aprendizaje Automático (MLOps) estructurado en cuatro fases: procesamiento de lenguaje natural, entrenamiento de modelos, tratamiento algorítmico y validación cruzada. Los resultados muestran que, en los Procesos Gaussianos, los núcleos RBF y Matern obtuvieron el menor error cuadrático medio (MSE) y error absoluto medio (MAE), con un coeficiente de determinación (R²) cercano a 0,46; las Redes Bayesianas evidenciaron mayor probabilidad de emociones negativas (tristeza, enfado, miedo) en áreas como vigilancia, consulta externa y radiología, y mayor confianza en vacunación y atención en consultorios; el modelo de Asignación Latente de Dirichlet (LDA) alcanzó su mejor coherencia temática en imagenología y enfermería (0,50-0,52); el clasificador Naive Bayes mantuvo un recall estable entre 0,77 y 0,83 en validación cruzada, y el modelo de Bayesian Deep Learning alcanzó un puntaje F1 de 0,76. Se concluye que estas herramientas optimizan el procesamiento masivo de PQRS, ofrecen a la gestión hospitalaria una alternativa precisa y automatizada para identificar falencias en el servicio, y fortalecen la confiabilidad de las predicciones frente a nuevos datos.
