Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PBL) is established as an active methodology aimed at developing technological skills in students. This study aimed to design and evaluate an operational PBL guide for the electronics degree at the Instituto Superior Universitario Central Técnico de Quito. Using a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional descriptive design, a validated questionnaire was applied to 31 teachers and 800 students. The results show a high consensus in the development of technological skills (standard deviation of 1.0), but also identify critical areas related to critical thinking and active participation. This article presents a detailed analysis of the findings and their implications for higher education.
